Pathways Forward was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves a safe place to call home and the opportunity to build a brighter future. Through our work in housing and community development, we recognize that one of the greatest unmet needs in our community is stable housing and support. Especially for young adults aging out of foster care and victims of human trafficking. These young people often face adulthood without family support, guidance, or resources, making them especially vulnerable to homelessness and exploitation.

Our industry partnerships allow us to do more than provide shelter — we build homes and supportive spaces where young adults can focus on healing, education, employment, and long-term independence. By bringing together contractors, lenders, community leaders, and service providers, we’ve created a model that offers safe, suitable housing while providing residents with the support they need to rebuild their lives.
