Our Partners
There is help for those aging out of the foster system. We need to provide more.
Explore Foster Miami leads community engagement and awareness, inspiring families and churches to open their homes to children in need. They also mentor youth as they prepare to transition out of care, helping them find direction, confidence, and a sense of belonging. Their faith-driven mission ensures that no young person feels forgotten or alone.
Genesis Hopeful Haven focuses on young adults ages 18–25 who are aging out of the foster system. Their programs combine safe housing, mentorship, and essential life skills — teaching financial literacy, employment readiness, and self-sufficiency. By partnering with Genesis, we provide the physical homes that make their life-changing work possible.
Saint’s House provides refuge and restoration for young women escaping homelessness, abuse, and trafficking. Their trauma-informed model gives residents the stability and emotional care needed to rebuild their lives. With Pathways Forward homes, Saint’s House can expand its reach and ensure every young woman has a safe place to heal and grow.
Voices for Children supports the Guardian ad Litem program, ensuring every child in foster care has a voice in court and access to life-changing resources. They bridge gaps in education, therapy, and advocacy — helping children and young adults navigate the system and transition successfully into adulthood. Through housing partnerships with Pathways Forward, their impact extends beyond the courtroom and into lasting stability.
Citrus Family Care Network (Citrus FCN) is the Community-Based Care (CBC) lead agency for Child Welfare Services in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. The Florida Department of Children and Families contracts with CBC lead agencies across the state to provide child welfare services in their local communities for children who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned.
